Track & Trace

This service allows forwarders or shippers to check the status of consignments on most of the world's major airlines.

The tracking page has been designed to make inquiries as simple as possible.

1. Enter the air waybill prefix (e.g. 123) in the Awp field and press the Tab key. The associated carrier airline will be shown in the "Carriers" drop-down list. If you wish to select a different carrier, select it from the carrier drop-down. If an Awp value is not already present in the Awp field, the default Awp for the airline is inserted. This may be over-typed if required.
2. Enter the Air waybill number and then either tab to the "Submit" button and press the space bar or click on Submit. For a demonstration, select or enter carrier ZZ, (Air waybill prefix 000). The Air waybill number (12345675) will be inserted automatically.

   The status information will then be retreived directly form the carrier's central system and will be displayed on your screen.
